Shoulders: 45.5 inches
Waist: 31.5 inches
Legs (Gluteal fold): Right: 23 inches Left: 23 inches
Legs (4 inches above patella): Right: 22 inches Left: 22 inches
Arms relaxed: Right: 13 inches Left: 13 inches
Arms Flexed: right: 14 inches Left: 14 inches
After the 1st week, measurements haven't gone up massively (since day 1 shoulders and chest around an inch or so and arms half an inch when relaxed), but I definitely look more toned shaped and defined.
